Cast is developing for A Song of Ice & Fire

The "Winter is coming" blog is apparently the best place to keep up with casting announcements for HBO's upcoming production of A Song of Ice and Fire.

So far I'm pretty happy with all the selections they've made. I can't imagine why so many fans would prefer to have Catelyn played by the X-File's agent Scully than Pride & Prejudice's Elizabeth Bennet.

Amy Poehler fail: Parks n Rec is just The Office

It's bad enough that "The Office" is copying "The Office" (USA version vs. UK version), but we really don't need a third copy of the same show. It's too bad, because Amy Poehler was pretty funny on SNL. The Washington Post elaborates, if you want more detail.
